Google's Blue logo
Google is known for placing special logos on their front page for special occasion. Today, they did it without an occasion. I guess someone at google got drunk last night :)

I think the logo has something to do with the "Earth Day" that is held today. Maybe they meant to show the "Global Warming" or something.
I agree with the comment above. Google has aptly taken on to display the global warming problem subtly to their humongous audience. A nice way to create awareness.
