pdway raises 3$ Million

pdway is an Israeli based start-up that developes a system for the destribution of coupons at points of sale. The coupons are destibuted to the users' Cellular Phones and Handsets. The company has raised 3 Million Dollars from a private investor in the real-estate sector. And they don't even have a website yet (it says "coming soon").

The idea is quite old, I haven't checked, but I find it hard to believe that they are the first one. Actually, a friend of mine has thought of the exact same idea around a year ago and I have told him that something like this must already exist...
